The hotel was very clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to important offices and commercial areas.
The lack of available electrical outlets in the room was frustrating. the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, making it difficult for me to work efficiently.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the Toluca area, nestled in that picturesque valley, was absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The room was quite clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and cozy which made us feel at home during our Christmas vacation. There was also a restaurant inside the hotel which offered us a wide range of cuisines to choose from. the hotel was located near major tourist attractions, making it easy for us to plan our day accordingly.
The Wi-Fi was poor and hardly ever worked, which was extremely frustrating for our family. the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
